How To Do A Sit To Stand Exercise
1. Move to the front of the chair
2. Keep feet planted on the floor and knees apart
3. Hinge forward, keep your back straight
4. Look straight ahead, think nose over your toes
5. Tighten your buttock and legs and push up
To lower down fold by pushing your buttock back until you feel the chair. Control the lowering so you work the muscles instead of just plunking down.
Start with however many repetitions you can do without pushing into pain then slowly increase the number to build up your strength.
Have a watch below.
Take care and keep moving.
