Virtual Spa - Stress Bustin' Lunch 'n Learn: Activities to Find Your Chill Zone

Welcome to the second session of four in our Virtual Spa series! Alongside our amazing psychotherapist, Jannah Tudiver, we also had the pleasure of having our physiotherapist Bernadette Vanspall. The power duo talked about activities you can do to find your "chill zone". There are many different things you can do when you are stressed that will calm your mind and body down. For some, it can be exercise or going for a walk in the woods. For others, it can be painting or musical expression. There are many different activities you can try out!
