Music & Mindfulness

This session was run by our certified music therapist, Amelia Ballak. Amelia went over some explanations as to how music impacts our way of thinking, emotions, and our bodies. From there, Amelia also went on to lead the group into stretching, mindfulness exercises, and music. This was a great way to unwind and bring a sense of calm into us as we headed into the weekend.
