The Five Ways to Wellbeing was developed by the New Economics Foundation in the United Kingdom in 2008. The "Five Ways" are simple actions that have been shown to improve mental health and wellbeing. The actions were created to be memorable, easy to understand, and easy to personalize so that anyone can do them!
